🚨 We’re Growing — Hiring a Paid Intern (South Tampa)

Firm Title TB, LLC is a real estate title and closing company in South Tampa, and we are looking for a paid part-time intern (10 to 15 hours/week) to join us as a Transaction Assistant.

No experience in title or real estate is required. We will teach you the business from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly alongside our Transaction Coordinator and gain real experience in how real estate closings actually work, including:

• Opening and managing real estate files
• Assisting with closing coordination from contract to close
• Client communication and transaction updates
• Day-to-day operations of a growing title company
• Exposure to closing software and real-world workflows

This is a great opportunity for a college student studying business, finance, real estate, or pre-law who wants meaningful, real-world experience instead of busy work.

You will not be making copies in the corner. You will be actively involved in transactions that matter.

If Firm Title TB continues to grow as planned, this role has strong potential to evolve into a full-time position.
